The role of the CEP Contract Management Committee is to provide strategic oversight and direction relating to the planning and management of the Course. The CEP Contract Management Committee will receive minutes and reports from the Commander of the NSW Police Academy and Head of School for the provider and various committees which are established as part of the governance structure of this Agreement. The CEP Contract Management Committee has overarching responsibility under the Agreement. This will include the provision of clear direction setting for the Course development and delivery, student support services, innovation and enhancement of the Course and Student experience and overall performance. The Committee will encourage and promote collaborative enhancements between the two organisations and will agree on potential commercial or operational activities arising out of the agreement to ensure the effective delivery of the CEP for NSWPF.
