As Principal of the school, my contribution included the co-ordination of a successful parent managed not-for-profit, funded Spanish Community Language School; the provision of a quality educational program that facilitates the learning of Spanish and cultural practices of Latin America for primary school aged children. My role as Principal included the recruitment and professional development of teachers, assessment, syllabus design, enrolment of students, co-ordination of volunteers, liason with the host primary school (Dulwich Public School) and involvement in the management committee (MC). As Treasurer, my contribution management of finances, fees, financial reports to the MC, Annual General Meeting, Dept Fair Trading and Dept of Education and submission of yearly funding
