There is hope a study of the conservation efforts of the Wolgan Valley Spa and Resort near Lithgow will provide guidelines for farmers in the area to protect native wildlife. The Biodiversity Unit at The University of Western Sydney is conducting a 2 year assessment of the practices used to turn the land into a conservation area.
