Data, outputs and figures for 'Identifying habitat productivity thresholds for koalas using the normalised difference vegetation index under drought and non-drought conditions

This dataset is a set of koala observations, satellite indices, and hydrology layers, with the python and R scripts or notebooks to compute the outputs and figures, also included here. The dataset includes:

ndvi_koala_analysis.ipynb - contains the main code to produce results Three R scripts contain code for statistical modelling not in the main code (i.e. the generalised linear mixed models) More information on these data and the modelling methods contained in a draft manuscript included in this dataset (pdf below).
