This dataset includes The Sensory Form, a planning tool developed in 2017 to guide occupational therapists in their professional reasoning for assessment and intervention of atypical sensory processing. File name: The_Sensory_Form.pdf

Researchers introduced the tool to 20 occupational therapists with relevant experience and conducted an online survey of their perceptions about The Sensory Form. Findings were analysed using descriptive statistics and qualitative content analysis. The survey questions are included in this dataset. File name: Expert_OT_Survey_Form.pdf

Qualitative Data- CSV file containing open ended responses from 20 participants (registered occupational therapists) collected in 2018-2019. Responses describe therapist perceptions of The Sensory Form in relation to strengths, weaknesses and changes.

Quantitative Data- 2 x CSV files containing de-identified responses from occupational therapy students collected in 2019.
