Exploring Student Grit in a Construction Management Program dataset

This project explores the grit personality characteristic and its apparent utility in undergraduate construction management programs. The dataset contains 155 responses to 6 demographic questions and 12 Grit Personality Assessment Questions (Duckworth 2007). Numeric responses contains the Qualtrics coded answers from participants' responses that is needed for the analysis software. Text responses contains the descriptive responses for understanding the language and context of the survey.
