Image Data of Capsicum plant growth in Protected Horticulture: PC4C_CAPSI

The data set consists of colour images and depth images (RGBD) of capsicum plants, camera metadata, camera angles, and manually measured heights of a few selected plants. The Intel Relasense D415 camera is used on a camera platform to collect image data of the right side of one plant line and for three rooms with different light filters (diffused light, Smart Glass film, LLEAF film) in a glasshouse. The camera angle was measured for each data collection of a plant line and manually measured heights are available for ten selected plants per plant line. RGBD streams and their metadata are recoded as Rosbag(.bag) files, and manually measured camera angle, plant height and identified frame numbers for image frame extractions are saved in JSON (.json) files.
