Description
This study attempts to determine the effect of Kinesio tape (KT) on muscle activation and muscle endurance in both KT proponents and KT opponents. Furthermore, this study will also attempt to determine the amount of tension that produces the most positive effects, if any, in Kinesio tape. This is the dataset associated with an experiment involving 20 Kinesio tape proponents and 20 opponents to examine the effect of personal belief and tape tension on muscle endurance performance.
