Physiological assessment of whole-tree response to an extreme heatwave

    Dataset

    Description

Whole-tree chambers were used to expose Eucalyptus parramattensis trees to an extreme 4-day heatwave. This package of data contains CO2 and H2O exchange rates between whole-tree crowns and the atmosphere, environmental data including temperature, humidity, and light, continuous measurements of canopy temperature, assessments of leaf and branch hydraulic status, measurements of leaf thermal tolerance, and biometric measurements of tree size.
