Description
This dataset and accompanying R code support the article "The impact of colony deployment timing on stingless bee crop fidelity and resource use in macadamia orchards". The dataset includes information on colony identification, location, sampling details, pollen counts, and foraging activity rates for 68 colonies of Tetragonula carbonaria deployed at different times during the flowering period of macadamia in three orchards in 2019 and 2020. R Script was used for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and data visualisation.
