What are the social conditions that facilitate volunteer engagement with the NSW Meals on Wheels services?

The purpose of this study was to investigate the social conditions that facilitate volunteer engagement, using NSW Meals on Wheels services as a case study to explore the common challenges faced by volunteering organisations. Data for this study were collected using semi-structured interviews, audio recorded and saved as M4A files. Eleven participants were recruited: 4 managers, 5 volunteers and 2 staff from Meals on Wheels NSW.
