Biography
Dr Alice Mitchell is an Associate Lecturer in Physiotherapy at Western Sydney University. She completed her PhD at the University of Melbourne and holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Western Sydney University.
Alice’s research focuses on improving symptom assessment and patient-reported outcomes in people living with pelvic pain conditions, with a particular interest in endometriosis. Her work aims to amplify patient voices and support more person-centred approaches to care.
She has experience across a range of research methodologies, including systematic reviews, qualitative research, cognitive interviewing, and the development of patient-reported outcome measures. Alongside her research, Alice is passionate about physiotherapy education and mentoring the next generation of clinicians and researchers.
