Available HDR projects

Distinguished Professor Brian G. Falzon only accepts a very small number of academically-strong HDR students. Projects are available in the general area of advanced composite materials and aerospace structures, including (i) crashworthiness of composite transportation structures (ii) multifunctional composite materials (iii) fracture and damage mechanics of composites (iv) process modelling (v) 3D printing of composite sturctures (vi) lightweight hydrogen storage (vii) certification by simulation.
