Personal profile

Biography

My research lies at the intersection of human-computer interaction, digital behaviour, and mental health, with a special interest in mindfulness and attention. My research has examined how users engage with visual data in immersive environments, aiming to improve both performance and user experience in areas such as information visualisation and biomedical analytics. Additionally, I explore the psychological impacts of digital technology, investigating issues like attention dysregulation and social media use, while also studying the protective effects of mindfulness in academic stress. By integrating insights from technology and psychology, my work seeks to enhance user experience while promoting mental well-being.
