Dr Rachel Gregory-Wilson is a Senior Lecturer and Senior Fellow of Higher Education in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Western Sydney University. Holding dual qualifications in nursing and law and a Master’s in Child and Family Health, she brings a distinctive interdisciplinary perspective to her teaching, research, and practice. Her clinical experience spans child and family health, infant mental health, and child protection. Rachel’s research explores infant rights and child protection, emphasising evidence-based approaches to inform law, policy, and advocacy for infants in out-of-home care. She also serves on the editorial board of the journal Child & Family Practice. Her work aims to enhance health equity for at-risk populations, with a focus on the formative early years of life.
