Biography

Professor Kath Peters is the Associate Dean (International and Engagement) in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Western Sydney University. She has expertise in all aspects of qualitative research with a particular interest in feminist methodology. She has attained both internal and external research funding and has successfully led multiple funded and unfunded research projects to completion. She has a track record in ensuring research outcomes with over 170 publications in peer- reviewed journals. Her research encompasses marginalised populations and women’s sexual and reproductive health across the lifespan. Kath is an experienced PhD supervisor and has supervised over 25 research students to completion.
