Personal profile
Biography
I am an Associate Lecturer in Marketing who bridges academic theory with practical industry experience. My research interests include developing integrated business and mindful marketing systems for women of colour entrepreneurs in Australia, cultural branding, and integrating innovative teaching pedagogy in classrooms.
As a certified LEGO Serious Play facilitator in higher education and an experienced Digital Marketing practitioner, I bring hands-on expertise to the classroom. My international consulting practice spans Singapore, USA, and Canada, where I guide women of colour entrepreneurs in mindful brand building strategies.
My work uniquely combines academic rigour with practical application, supporting diverse business owners while contributing to the evolution of marketing education and practice.
