Biography

Paul is a paramedic and Associate Professor in Paramedicine. Paul has worked clinicially in jurisdictional ambulance services as an Intensive Care Paramedic , and in the private paramedicine services sector both domestically and abroad. 

He is currently serving as Editor in Chief of Paramedicine, an international peer-reviewed research journal of the Australasian College of Paramedicine and Paramedic Chiefs of Canada. He contributes to regulatory and professional leadership  through service as a Practitioner Member on the Paramedicine Council of NSW, Director on the Board of the Australasian College of Paramedicine, and Member of the Human Research Ethics Committe (HREC) Executive at Western Sydney University.

He is committed to maintaining work-life balance, and having lost that at one point in his career, actively seeks to promote achieving this within himself and those around him.
