Biography
Rachael began her career as an Associate Lecturer in Paramedicine at Western Sydney University in 2022 and was promoted to Lecturer in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Sydney, as well as a Bachelor of Health Science (Paramedicine) and a Master of Research from Western Sydney University. In 2024, she commenced her PhD, focusing on integrating technology-enhanced methods, such as artificial intelligence, into simulation education. Rachael is currently available to supervise Honours and Masters candidates. As a registered paramedic, she has worked with three ambulance services, both nationally and internationally, and continues to maintain clinical practice with a jurisdictional ambulance service.
