Personal profile
Biography
I am fascinated by the rich diversity of human language, how languages change, differ and show similarities across time and space. I am particularly invested in documenting Australian Indigenous languages, supporting their maintenance and possible revival. I joined Western Sydney University in 2012. Before that I worked at universities in the US, Australia and in Germany. I have over 20 years experience in research and teaching at universities on three continents.
