Biography

Roozbeh Hazrat earned his PhD in Pure Mathematics from the University of Bielefeld in 2002. He conducted research at the Australian National University and the Max Planck Institute in Bonn. After eight years as a Reader in Pure Mathematics at Queen’s University Belfast, he joined Western Sydney University in 2011. In 2015, he received a one-year Fellowship from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation.
