Description

The OPENAIR project won the Innovation category at the Clean Air Society Australia and ANZ awards in 2024. The society honours individuals and organisations with awards to recognise their work to promote air quality in Australia and New Zealand.

The CASANZ Innovation award recognises an idea with widespread application, a new technology or an approach to a problem that will benefit air quality. There are no restrictions on the type of innovation or stage of the concept. The CASANZ Innovation and Excellence in Air Quality Awards is an Australian and New Zealand program for the air quality industry, recognising innovation, excellence, leadership and best practice, within the air quality f ield and are an opportunity to profile and celebrate the successes of those who are making a difference in the advancement of air quality management. The Awards are a biennial program, presented at the Gala Dinner and Awards Evening, as part of the International Clean Air and Environment Conference (Clean Air Conference).
