Awarded a competitive Global Challenge Grant from Western Sydney University to lead the project "Local AI Threat Intelligence Assistant for Open-Source Alert Analysis." The project investigates the use of local large language models (LLMs), multi-agent AI systems, and threat intelligence techniques to improve cybersecurity alert analysis, credibility assessment, false-positive reduction, and analyst decision-making. Conducted in collaboration with the South Western Emergency Research Institute (SWERI), the project supports the development of innovative AI-driven cybersecurity solutions while generating research outputs, industry partnerships, and future external funding opportunities, including ARC grant applications.
