当司法权无从管辖相应的疆界，即便管辖也不保证自由主义生效时，我们亟需重新审视劳动、流动性与空间之间的关系。上海流动劳动力研究平台（Shanghai Transit Labour Research Platform）邀请来自世界各地的研究者，在线上与线下世界的合作调研中，走上不同的研究通路。参与者有时于研讨会的房间中静坐，有时斡旋于城市及受规制的环境间，以达成一种声如洪钟的集体共识。我们可以说，这是为了创造新的劳动主体性——从生活到工作，私人到公共，政治到经济，自然到文化，它网尽了过去或对立或模糊的种种领域
