Abstract
At present, China vigorously implements rural revitalization strategy, and talent revitalization must be given top priority. Australia attaches great importance to the cultivation of new professional farmers, and has formed a relatively complete farmer vocational education system. Its " four-ring linkage" farmer vocational education model has the following characteristics: based on actual situation and requirements; unified long-term goals and short-term evaluation and improvement goals and flexible and interoperable education system; systematic training content, advanced training technology, and market-oriented operation mode; complete evaluation system. China should learn from the successful experience of Australian farmers’ vocational education and base on the actual situation of farmers’ cultivation in our country to formulate clear strategic goals, to create a good development environment, and to strengthen the education of disadvantaged groups.
