Abstract
Mobile application and education have developed tremendously with the population of mobile internet devices. In this paper, we collected third-party applications of language education in two major mobile operating systems (Apple IOS and Android) and established a database accordingly. Applications in the database were then classified and evaluated. Each classified category was discussed under the theoretical framework of mobile science and technology. Some suggestions for improving applications of Chinese education were put forward.
