Abstract
The Chinese construction industry has had significant activity in the international market in the last decade following the entry into the World Trade Organization (WTO). However the degree of activity and the sector performance is still relatively uncertain. This paper discusses the international performance of Chinese construction industry based upon International Advanced Index [1]. The key finding is that the level and status of Chinese construction industry in the international market has increased quickly.
