    Abstract

This paper is aimed to develop a fuzzy-guided GA decision model to improve efficiency in a multi-customer warehouse by taking into consideration the performance metrics and various driving factors of the processes embedded. The proposed hybrid framework targets at providing decision makers with the ability to formulate nearly optimal sets of knowledge-based fuzzy rules to identify possible solutions for fully utilising the warehouse capacity.
