    Abstract

![CDATA[The determinants of exporter-importer relationship performance are tested with data from 125 pairs of Australian-Thai exporter-importer relationships. Drawing on earlier work in domestic distribution channels, and several inter-organizational relationship theories; namely transaction cost analysis, resource dependency theory, and relationship marketing, this article develops and tests a dyadic model that hypothesizes links between relational variables and export performance.]]
