Abstract
A Moment is a 5-minute Australian short horror film that experiments with temporality as a narrative antagonist. Using compression, dilation, looping, and fragmentation, the film fractures linear storytelling to generate disorientation and dread, positioning time itself as the inescapable force of conflict within a minimal, two-character, single-room setting.
