Abstract
Introduction - Originating from Bandura's social cognitive theory, self-regulation involves self-monitoring and self-modification of one's own behavior. Our previous case studies provided preliminary evidence on enhancing post-stroke patients' task performance using self-regulation. Objectives" This study aimed to test the efficacy of self-regulation using a randomized controlled trial for promoting task performance and motor and cognitive function.
