Abstract

The Internet has changed almost everything, espeeially business. The use of the Internet, Web, and information and communication technologies (lCT) has revolutionized traditional markets and businesses and placed them in the midst of intense global competition. Even local or regional small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) now need to compete in a global market. Never before have businesses, ~specially SMEs, faced such intense global and open competition and been required to meet new and challenging demands by cusiomers and business partners.
