    Abstract

    While there are always dangers in taking a successful program from one culture and expecting it to be successful in another is wishful thinking. However there is value in conducting an examination as a means of reflecting upon our own current classroom practices. For some readers, an examination may provide a welcomed revision of some earlier learning or remind them of practices long since rejected and replaced by their current approaches.
