Abstract
This paper studies opportunistic-relay networks under advanced-outdated-channel-state-information (oCSI) conditions, which mathematically considers both line-of-sight power, and larger-than-two degrees of freedom for relay outdatedness. The new distributions comprehensively generalise existing distributions, which validates the proposed work. Ergodic channel capacity is studied under advanced-oCSI conditions, from which detailed insights are given. Monte Carlo simulation is employed to verify the proposed theoretical findings.
