Abstract

Radio play of 'An Ancient Crime' by Mette Jakobsen, 38 minutes. Music composed and performed by Hollis Taylor. Directored by Jane Ulman. A childhood trauma, a terrible secret, a relationship on the brink: Ella Scott-Lynch and Toby Schmitz feature as Kate and Josh, a couple marking their fourth anniversary together. Josh is an accomplished violinist, Kate a respected therapist and the future should look bright for two such successful young people in love. But there are things left unsaid, unexplained nightmares and always, the shadow of Josh's grim father, living reminder of an icy past.
