Abstract

We present an empirical evaluation of a two-dimensional second-order sound field recording and reproduction system which has been designed to operate over a frequency range of 50 Hz to 16 kHz. The system has been built and tested, and we present measurements comparing its performance to that of an ideal two-dimensional second-order sound field recording and reproduction system.
