    Abstract

    ![CDATA[The research examined the effect of the determinants of training such as strategic objective, culture and value, knowledge and skills, rewards and promotion, readiness and flexibility on job performance and efficiency and effectiveness within employees. Results indicated significant relationship of strategic objectives, knowledge and skills, training, rewards and promotion with job performance and efficiency and effectiveness. The study reported the importance of training, strategic objective, culture and value, knowledge and skills, and rewards and promotion to augment performance and efficiency and effectiveness but undermined the significance of readiness and flexibility. The employees’ emphasized motivational factors are responsible for better performance. The findings suggest that harnessing these determinants may render service organization with the potential to boost up performance and effectiveness of employees.]]
