    Research output: Contribution to journalArticle

    Abstract

Review of the Australian tax system to determine whether it meets the criteria of 'good' taxes that have characteristics of equity, simplicity and efficiency - while governments are unwilling to engage in issues of social justice and equity, for short term political gain, the present system will continue - lobby groups that influence Australian politics are the groups that would have to pay more taxes under an improved system.
