Abstract
We present a series of three patients. All have biopsyproven IBD and moderate-to-high titers of PR3 antibodies (with ANCA positivity and additional clinical manifestations of small-vessel vasculitis). In all cases, there was difficulty in distinguishing whether the clinical manifestations represented an unusual manifestation of IBD or whether there was a coexisting AAV, emphasizing need for careful clinical correlation.
