Abstract
Anti-glomerular basement membrane (anti-GBM) glomerulonephritis is a rare autoimmune disease, usually presenting with rapidly progressing glomerulonephritis (RPGN). The inciting factor for remains elusive, although observations of spatial and temporal clustering support the hypothesis of an environmental trigger, including infections.
