Abstract

A man, aged 26 years, with an eight-year history of chronic plaque psoriasis (CPP) and a three-year history of ulcerative colitis (UC) presented to a dermatology outpatient clinic in a tertiary centre. He had a family history of psoriasis but not inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
