    Abstract

    Commentary on issues of distributive justice - how issues of distributive justice bear upon all areas of law, relying on assumptions concerning the fair distribution of resources between individuals and social groups - increasing acceptance and attempted justification of increasing social inequality - rebuttal of arguments offered in support of increasing inequality in relation to wealth and resources.
