Abstract

This paper examines professional valuation practice standards in NSW, using a survey of over 450 API Certified Practicing Valuers. Twelve key areas of valuation practice involving 115 issues were examined and compared to the previous 1990 survey results to assess changing benchmarks and standards of valuation practice.
