    Abstract

The article discusses the legal weakness and persisting problems associated with photo comparison and facial-mapping evidence during a court case. It mentions that the judgments based on the closed-circuit television are not always right and fair. It further mentions that issues such as unreliability, exaggeration and misrepresentation are common while using facial mapping to establish an identity during a case.
