    Abstract

    Overview of the concept of autonomy in relation to voluntary and physician-assisted suicide - concept of vulnerability - overview of interpersonal and contextual factors that could render certain patients vulnerable to deciding for assisted death - whether existing common law doctrine can adequately safeguard the interests of vulnerable people.
