Abstract

Are these results consistent with expectations of those working in the sector and those outside the United States? Based on our own experiences as medical oncologists practicing in rural Australia over the past 2 decades, these are hardly surprising outcomes. One would expect that higher government capital investment and higher recurrent resourcing would result in better outcomes. It is pleasing to see that more investment improves some outcomes.
