Abstract
![CDATA[We present two new blind symbol time and carrier frequency offset estimators for OFDM systems, in a AWGN channel. The proposed estimators do not require the prior knowledge of the signal and noise powers at the receiver and can be a substitute for an existing ML estimator.]]
