Abstract

The sculpture “Blue Bird, Overheard” explores the childhood experience and belief in the animistic qualities of a doll. A curious and restrained companion, the doll will offer comfort, keep secrets and mirror emotions. This beloved creature exists in imaginative play, their performance both reflection and memory. Exhibition dates: 5 September- 19 October 2018.
