    Abstract

This chapter reports some findings from a project that collected and analysed the views of those at the frontline of community aged care work: the paid careworkers themselves. The project aimed to investigate the experiences of agency managers in managing careworkers, and to document and analyse the careworkers' descriptions of their work.
