    ![CDATA[A case study prepared by Paul Rogers, Centre of Applied Law, UWS, on the client relationship strategies of ‘best law’ This paper is prepared in line with the firm’s commitment to striving for best practice and delivering service, quality and value for money. In attaining these goals this report will identify the firm’s current position in regard to client relationships; outline the debate as to whether client relationship management is ‘worth the effort’; provide a strategic recommendation of where the firm should aim to be in line with client relationship management guidelines; and develop a strategic plan for ‘Top goals for production client relationship management’ to allow the firm to move forward towards best practice.]]
